A REST API is a standardized interface through which software systems communicate with each other – regardless of platform or programming language. It enables the structured exchange of data and functionalities over the web.

FPRE’s REST API is documented according to the OpenAPI standard (OAS 3.0) and can therefore be easily integrated into existing development environments. This allows you to integrate valuation, market, and analytics data directly into your systems – for example into CRM solutions, portfolio tools, or custom applications – and use the data in an automated and real-time manner.

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that directly connects AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot with external data sources and applications. Through an MCP server, AI assistants can access up-to-date, domain-specific information in a targeted way – without complex in-house development.

With FPRE’s MCP server, you can use valuation, market, and analytics data directly within your AI applications. Your AI assistant can thus answer questions about property values, market developments, or location quality based on reliable FPRE data – in conversation, in day-to-day work, and in real time.

The API integration provides their clients with direct access to FPRE’s market intelligence – seamlessly integrated into their software. These include management systems, bank lending applications, brokerage solutions, digital twin platforms, and valuation software.
