Location Preference Tool

The Location Preference Tool by FPRE allows for statements to be made about the industries and segments that find favourable location qualities at a specific site defined by coordinates within Siwtzerland. The Tool serves to assist in redevelopment projects or the repositioning of an asset while considering known developments in the area of interest that influence the location quality. The Tool uses all Swiss business locations which are evaluated, grouped and selected with intelligently enhanced (Geo-)data relating to the macro- and microlocation.

Retail analysis

We determine the retail catchment area of your location and estimate the prospective retail potential (in CHF/m2 sales areas) differentiated according to goods groups. We work out target group-oriented positioning and offer designs or determine optimal locations for retailers.
